What Does the Signup Process Look Like?
Whether residential or commercial, we'll come visit your property in-person so we can provide an accurate quote. This also lets us meet each other and discuss your specific requests in detail.
What is Included and Excluded?
We start new recurring clients with a deep clean which includes a typical maintenance clean plus many extras like wiping down baseboards and other hard-to-reach areas.
Maintenance cleaning includes mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
During maintenance cleanings, we can optionally do add-ons for the inside of your oven or fridge.
Generally, we do not load or unload dishes, and we do not fold clothes. However, please make your desires known so we may best service you within our ability and availability.
Please request any add-ons with advanced notice so we can schedule the extra time on our calendar.
Which Payment Methods Are Available?
You're welcome to pay via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, paper check, or cash.
Payment is due the date of service unless other arrangements are made in advance, such as commercial client invoicing.
Do You Have Availability?
We're available 6 days a week for in-person quotes. We'll discuss your requirements and let you know how best we can service your property, whether one-time or for ongoing maintenance.
